By accessing or using Alca, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Alca on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

The service

Alca provides software tools for managing customer relationships and related messaging features. Features may change as the product develops.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for activity under your login
• Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use

Acceptable use

• Do not use Alca for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messaging
• Do not violate WhatsApp, Meta, or other channel provider policies
• Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to see
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service

Messaging channels

If you connect a messaging provider (such as WhatsApp via Meta), you are responsible for complying with that provider’s terms, obtaining any required customer consent, and using approved message templates where required.

Alca is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
