Alca (“Alca”, “we”, “us”) is a software product operated by Austin Sebastian Marvian in Indonesia. Alca provides CRM and related messaging tools for businesses.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Alca, we may process:

• Business and customer records that you or your team enter into Alca
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs
• Messaging-related metadata when a business connects a messaging channel

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Alca
• To authenticate users and manage permissions
• To support connected messaging features on behalf of each business customer
• To communicate service updates and respond to support requests
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the service

Customer-owned data

Businesses that use Alca remain responsible for the customer data they upload or sync. Alca processes that data to provide the service to that business. We do not sell customer contact lists.

Sharing

• With service providers who help us host or operate Alca
• With messaging or platform providers when a business connects those services and instructs Alca to send or receive messages
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety

Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as the account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
